In the beginning, God’s words enlivened all.
Divine breath permeated every cell at humanity’s birth.
May we know your breath within our bodies, Loving Creator.
At the origins of everything, the Eternal One graced all of humanity with the Divine image.
May we honor the bodies stamped with God’s being.
In Christ’s coming, God became enfleshed, experiencing our pleasures and pains and aches.
May we love the bodies formed to carry the Sacred.
In Jesus we witness God’s will for healing and wholeness,
joy, compassion, and justice.
